In early September 2025, we commissioned Hungary’s most advanced electroless nickel-plating system. The production line is capable of plating steel, alloyed steel, red brass, and brass components in suspended configuration.
The maximum producible part size is 800 × 800 × 250 mm.
Electroless nickel coatings are widely used across many industrial sectors thanks to their excellent corrosion and wear resistance—for example in machinery manufacturing, aerospace, tooling, food industry, mining, and automotive applications.
The deposited medium-phosphorus coating offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The layer has uniform thickness across the entire surface of the workpiece, ensuring dimensional stability.
With proper surface preparation, the nickel layer is solderable.
The coating hardness can be increased from 550 HV to over 900 HV by heat treatment, depending on time and temperature.
The deposited nickel reproduces the surface quality of the base material; its brightness cannot be modified with additives.
